COVID-19 Office Policies and Procedures 


Please text 614-845-2255 upon arrival

Treatment tables and chairs will be disinfected between each patient visit. 


UV / Heppa Air Filter will be running at all times.

Reusable medical and AOM equipment and contact surfaces will be disinfected  between patients.

Clean Needle Techniques to be adhered at all times. Sterile, single use needles disposed after each treatment. 

To adhere to social distancing requirements, all patients should come alone to their appointment; with the exception of a parent accompanying a child.

Upon entering the office please sanitize your hands (provided upon entry).

Patient PPE: Patients are required to wear surgical masks while in the office (which will be provided if needed)  Cloth masks, scarves or bandanas cannot be used inside the treatment room, since stronger protections are required for a health care setting. They are acceptable for other, non-health care public areas.

Provider PPE: Provider will be wearing a surgical mask at all times.

Patients will be temperature checked and screened upon arrival

for the onset of any new, potentially infectious symptoms.

The current list of symptoms is:

Fever of 100.4°F (38°C) or higher
• New cough*
• New shortness of breath*
• New fever, or feel feverish
• New chills, or repeated shaking with chills
• New fatigue*
• New sore throat*
• New loss of taste or smell
• New nasal congestion*
• New muscle aches that are not caused by specific activity such as exercise*
• New diarrhea*
*cannot be attributed to another health condition

If you have any of these symptoms, we will be glad to reschedule your appointment and are waving any cancelation fee.

Patients will be asked to sign an additional consent form assuming their own risk for possibly contracting COVID-19.

Checkout: If you have a card on file your card will be used to collect payment and a receipt will be emailed to you.

Office hours:  Are by appointment only and we will be adjusting available appointment times in order to limit patient to patient contact.

Appointment lengths: Needles will be in place for an average of 20-30 minutes, with a maximum of 30 additional minutes of cupping or microcurrent therapy.  Coaching will only be available via Phone or Zoom.

At risk patients are encouraged to stay home at this time.

We will continue to follow all recommended CDC guidelines and will *update our policies as new information becomes available.
